TRADING HALT
The securities of Leopard Resources NL (the "Company") will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 12 June 2013 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
The directors of Leopard Resources NL (ASX: LRR) hereby request a trading halt of the company's securities.
The reason for the request is due to a pending announcement detailing a capital raising.
The Company requests the securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the announcement to the market or the commencement of trade on Wednesday 12 June 2013.
The company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
