RESOURCE FUNDING

The Board of Leopard Resources N.L (ASX: LRR, “the Company”) is pleased to advise that it has reached agreement to raise up to $450,000 by way of private placement under section 708 of the Corporations act to various sophisticated investors. The capital raising was previously approved by shareholders to continue funding the resource drilling and exploration program at its Missions and Cables project. The project currently has a JORC Code compliant Inferred Mineral Resource estimate of 1.2Mt at an average grade of 2.79 g/t Au for 109,900 ounces.
