The Board of Leopard Resources N.L. (ASX: LRR, “the Company”) is pleased to advise that further to its ASX release on the 18[th] September 2013, it has now completed a review following the completion of its 24 hole drill program for 3903m at its 100% owned Mission and Cables Prospects at Exploration Licence E37/747). The MissionCables Project is located approximately 7km north of the Darlot - Centenary Gold Mine (3Moz) newly acquired by Gold Fields.
The combined drilling since 2008 to date (11,896 metres) has identified a 400 m strike length that contains supergene gold mineralisation at the Mission prospect and the zone remains open at depth ( 180 metres ) and along strike up to 1.5km . The drilling at Cables prospect has defined a north-west trending base-of-weathering supergene gold anomaly extending over 1000m of strike .
The Company’s geological team expects to be on site shortly to undertake an MMI program to identify potential anomalous targets at the Bondi prospect within E37/747. Analysis will be by the Mobile Metal Ion (“MMI”) method. This patented method of analysis generally produces higher resolution targets than conventional soil sample assay methods. The company anticipates commencing Stage 2 of the infill and reconnaissance drilling program to further upgrade and expand the currently defined Inferred Mineral Resource. In addition the Company will test any new MMI anomalism plus other previously defined untested gold targets.

The Stage 2 drilling program will assist reclassification of the exploration target to the Inferred Resource category. The Company has estimated an overall exploration target of 3.0 - 4.0Mt at a grade of 2.5 - 3.0 g/t Au, for 190,000 - 380,000 oz Au.
Drilling at Mission & Cables
Structural model for the Mission-Cables area
(view to the northwest)
The brown structure is an underlying thrust zone with steep reverse faults (blue) forming an imbricant stack. Gold mineralisation indicated in red.
The target estimate is based on the results of previous and current drilling combined with structural and lithological data and the geometry of the known mineralisation. The potential quantity and grade is conceptual in nature, as there has been insufficient exploration to date to define a Mineral Resource in excess of that currently announced. Future work may or may not increase the quantum of mineralisation.
Yours faithfully
C Willis Director
