BOARD CHANGES

Connected IO Limited ( Connected IO or Company ) advises that Mr Yakov Temov has resigned as Managing Director of Connected IO to focus on the US operations and to enable the Company to undergo a strategic review.

Mr Temov will continue as a director of CIO Technology, Inc the Company’s wholly owned US subsidiary and as CEO of that company to run the Company’s US based operations and devote his efforts to recovering the US business from the difficult trading conditions that have prevailed through the majority of 2020.

The Company thanks Mr Temov for all his efforts as a board member since Connected IO listed on the ASX in 2016.

The Company also advises that Mr Simon Whybrow has been appointed as Company Secretary, replacing Ms Nicki Farley who is taking long service leave. For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Whybrow is also the person responsible for communication between the Company and ASX.
