DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT & RESIGNATION

The Board of Leopard Resources N.L. (ASX: LRR, “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Jason Ferris to its Board as a Non-Executive Director.

The Company also advises that Mr Richard Griffin has resigned from the Board, effective immediately, to pursue other opportunities. The Board is extremely grateful to Richard for his contribution to the Company since his appointment in 2012.
