Director Resignation
The Board of Acclaim Exploration NL (ASX: AEX, “ Acclaim ” or “ the Company ) wishes to advise that Anthony Robert Hamilton has resigned as CEO and Executive Director effective immediately.
The Company would like to thank Mr Hamilton for his invaluable service during his tenure.
The company advises it is currently reviewing suitable appointments to the Board with further announcements anticipated shortly.
The company also advises that Mr Damon Sweeny has been appointed as company secretary, to replace Mr Neville Bassett who has resigned as company secretary.
