Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Connected IO Limited (ASX: CIO) ( Connected IO or Company ) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rules 3.13.1, it will hold its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) at 2.00PM (AWST) on Wednesday, 29 November 2023 at Level 24, 44 St Georges Terrace, Perth, WA 6000.
Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting which will be provided to Shareholders shortly. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at https://connectedio.com.au/asx-annoucements/.
In accordance with clause 9.9(a) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons who wish to be considered for election as a director is 26 October 2023. Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (AWST) on 26 October at the Company’s registered office.
