Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Connected IO Limited ( Connected IO or Company ) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rules 3.13.1 that it will hold its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) at 10:00am (WST) on Monday, 28 November 2022 at the offices of Trident Capital, Level 24, 44 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA.
Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting which will be provided to Shareholders at the end of October. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at https://connectedio.com.au/asx-annoucements/
In accordance with clause 9.9(a) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons who wish to be considered for election as a director is 31 October 2022. Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (WST) on 31 October 2022 at the Company’s registered office.
