2021 Annual General Meeting Date Extended

Connected IO Limited ( Connected IO or Company ) wishes to inform shareholders about the postponement of its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) in accordance with ASIC Corporations (Extension of Time to Hold AGMs) Instrument 2021/770, which provides companies with a 30 June year end an additional two months to hold their AGMs.

Accordingly, the AGM will be held on 6 January 2022 at Level 24, 44 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000.

Full details of the meeting will be available to shareholders upon release of the Notice of Meeting. Shareholders may view all the Company's ASX announcements on the ASX's website at www.asx.com.au .
