On February 11, 2014, Voce Capital Management LLC and its affiliates (collectively, " Voce ") issued a press release announcing that it intends to nominate four independent directors for election to the board of directors of CONMED Corporation (the " Issuer ") at the Issuer's 2014 annual shareholder meeting (the " Annual Meeting ").
