RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Fission Energy Ltd wishes to advise that Mr Raymond Buscall, a Joint Company Secretary of the Company, has tendered his resignation as a secretary of the Company.
The board would like to thank Ray for the very significant and extremely valuable contribution and assistance he has provided to the Company since incorporation and express our very best wishes to Ray in his future endeavours.
Mr Aaron Gates who is the Company’s chief financial officer and was joint company secretary will continue as sole company secretary.
