SEPTEMBER 2020 QUARTERLY FURTHER INFORMATION

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 5.3.1 Conico advises that during the three months ended 30 September 2020 (“the Quarter”) it did not complete any substantial mining exploration activities on the Mt Thirsty Project.

During the Quarter Conico loaned ~A$662,000 to Longland Resources Ltd to fund exploration at Ryberg and Mestervig. Subsequent to the end of the Quarter, on 2 November 2020, Conico acquired 100% of the issued capital of Longland Resources Ltd, which holds a 100% interest in the Ryberg and Mestervig projects.
