REMINDER OF ENTITLEMENT OFFER CLOSING DATE

Conico Ltd (ASX:CNJ; “Conico” or “the Company”) refers to its one (1) for one (1) pro-rata nonrenounceable entitlement offer of new fully paid ordinary shares (“New Shares”) in Conico at $0.008 per New Share (“Entitlement Offer”) as announced to the ASX on 9 December 2025.

Conico would like to remind eligible shareholders that the Entitlement Offer is scheduled to close at 5.00pm (Perth time) on Tuesday, 13 January 2026 .

Eligible Shareholders should consider the Prospectus dated 12 December 2025 in deciding whether to acquire New Shares under the Entitlement Offer and follow the instructions on their personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Form which can be accessed at https://portal.automic.com.au/investor/home. The Prospectus can also be accessed via the Company’s website: www.conico.com.au.
