Conico Ltd (ASX: CNJ) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Conico Ltd (‘CNJ’) will be halted at the request of CNJ, pending the release of an announcement by CNJ.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 9 December 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

CNJ’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Trading Halt

Conico Ltd (ASX:CNJ) (“the Company”) hereby requests that its securities be placed in a trading halt and provides the following information in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1.

1. The Company requests a trading halt effective immediately, pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement, or the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 9 December 2025.

3. The Company expects that the trading halt will end by the Company making an announcement regarding the capital raising.

4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted. 5. The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt, or that ASX has asked for.
