This notice is given by Conico Ltd (ASX: CNJ) (“the Company”) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“Act”).

The Company advises that it has today issued 127,140,000 fully paid ordinary shares as satisfaction of Director fees and 46,200,000 fully paid ordinary shares as satisfaction of corporate advisory fees as detailed in its notice of meeting dated 30 October 2024. The Company provides notice that:

1. the Shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

2. as at the date of this notice the Company has complied with:

   • i. the provision of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

   • ii. section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

3. as at the date of this notice there is no excluded information required to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
