ISSUE OF ESOP OPTIONS

Conico Ltd (“the Company”) announces that it has issued 6,000,000 options in the Company, free of charge, each to acquire one fully paid ordinary share in the Company (“ESOP Options”) as per the terms and conditions of the Company’s Employee Share Option Plan. The ESOP Options are exercisable at any time after they have been granted and prior to 28 August 2020, at an exercise price of 6.25 cents.

No directors of the Company (or their related parties) received any of these ESOP options.
