- - PRO RATA NON RENOUNCEABLE OPTIONS ISSUE

The Company refers to its announcement dated 30 July 2007 in relation to the pro-rata nonrenounceable options issue to be made under a prospectus lodged at ASIC on 30 July 2007. Due to Monday 6 August 2007 being a public holiday in New South Wales and thus a non-ASX business day, the record date for the issue will be 9 August 2007 (and not 8 August 2007). There are no other changes to the timetable.

The timetable for the offer is therefore as follows:-
