Board Changes

Conico Ltd ( Conico or the Company ) is pleased to provide the following update regarding the board of directors. Geologist Mr Simon Mitchell has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company, with Guy Le Page assuming the role of Non-Executive Chairman. Mr Greg Solomon will retire as Chairman and assume the role of Non-Executive Director.

Simon Mitchell is a geologist and corporate executive with 33 years of resources industry experience in both technical and finance roles. Mr Mitchell was General Manager of Business Development with ASX listed uranium exploration and mine development company Toro Energy Limited from late 2006 until 2013 where he was responsible for managing the growth of the company’s uranium asset portfolio in South Australia, the Northern Territory, Western Australia and in Namibia, Africa. During his tenure at Toro, Mr Mitchell was responsible for engaging investors worldwide and managed the raising of more than US$80m in equity capital.Mr Mitchell was also the lead executive for Toro in the A$280m takeover of ASX listed Nova Energy, then owner of the Lake Way-Centipede uranium project, near the town of Wiluna. Subsequent to the Nova acquisition, Mr Mitchell also negotiated a series of deals to consolidate the broader Wiluna uranium project, doubling the resource base from 24mlb uranium oxide to more than 50mlb uranium oxide.

One of the founding directors of Conico, Mr Douglas Solomon has agreed to retire from the board of the Company after 18 years of service. On behal of the board of Conico I would like to sincerely thanks him for his contributions.

Mr Greg Solomon, also a founding director of the Company, has also agreed to relinquish his role as Chairman and Mr Guy Le Page will assume the role of Non-Executive Chairman.
