COMPANY SECRETARY RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT

Conico Ltd (“Conico” or “the Company”) advises that Mr Jamie Scoringe has resigned as company secretary and chief financial officer of Conico and will be finishing on the 27[th] of November 2024.

The Board of Conico is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Brett Tucker as company secretary and chief financial officer of the Company commencing the 27th of November 2024. Mr Tucker is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience of providing compliance & advisory services to ASX-listed and private companies - with sizes from start-up stage through to ASX-300 - with a particular focus on small-cap listed companies in the resources and technology sectors. Previously, Brett was a director of corporate advisory firm, Ventnor Capital which provided compliance services and acted as advisor and lead manager to numerous corporate initial public offerings and reverse takeovers.
