LETTER OF RESIGNATION

Respectfully to: Board of Directors of Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company
Board of Supervisors of Coteccons

My name is Luis Fernando Garcia Agraz, currently holding the position of Head of the Board of Supervisors at Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company.

First of all, I would like to thank the BOD, BOS, BOM and all employees of the Company for accompanying and supporting me during the past time. As the Head of BOS, I have always tried my best to ensure the interest of our company and shareholders.

However, due to personal purposes, I cannot continue my work as the BOS member of the Company. Therefore, I write this letter to request for my resignation from the position of Head of BOS as well as BOS member of Coteccons from 1/4/2021. I respectfully ask the BOD and BOS members to consider and accept my resignation.

Lastly, I would like to wish Coteccons a strong and sustainable development in the coming time.
