Mục đích thực hiện giao dịch/Purpose of transaction: Chuyển quyền sở hữu cổ phiếu VHM để thực hiện quyền chọn nhận cổ phiếu VHM kèm theo Trái phiếu quốc tế do Vingroup phát hành năm 2023 của trái chủ, phù hợp với quy định của pháp luật/Transfer of ownership of VHM shares to exercise the option to receive VHM shares attached to the international bonds issued by Vingroup in 2023 of the bondholders in accordance with the laws.
