Căn cứ Khoản 4.a Điều 14 Thông tư số 96/2020/TT-BTC ngày 16/11/2020 của Bộ Tài chính hướng dẫn về việc công bố thông tin trên thị trường chứng khoán.

Pursuant to Clause 4.a, Article 14 of the Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated 16/11/2020 by the Ministry of Finance guiding the disclosure of information on the stock market.

Căn cứ Báo cáo tài chính Quý IV/2024 đã công bố, Công ty Cổ phần Kosy xin giải trình về chỉ tiêu lợi nhuận sau thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp Quý IV/2024 tăng so với Quý IV/2023, cụ thể như sau:

Based on the published Financial Statements of the fourth quarter of 2024, Kosy Joint Stock Company would like to explain the increase in profit after corporate income tax in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared to the fourth quarter of 2023, specifically as follows:

Qua bảng số liệu tổng hợp như trên, lợi nhuận sau thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp Quý IV/2024 giảm so với Quý IV/2023 do nguyên nhân sau:

Through the summary data table above, profit after corporate income tax in Q4/2024 decreased compared to Q4/2023 due to the following reasons:

• Doanh thu bán hàng và cung cấp dịch vụ Quý IV/2024 tăng 14,97% tương ứng số tiền 50.847.345.156 đồng, Giá vốn hàng bán Quý IV/2024 tăng 27,89% tương ứng số tiền 80.284.015.122 đồng. Doanh thu, giá vốn tăng chủ yếu là từ hoạt động kinh doanh thương mại, do trong kỳ Công ty ký được một số hợp đồng với giá trị lớn. Doanh thu từ hoạt động kinh doanh bất động sản sụt giảm so với cùng kỳ năm trước, dẫn tới chi phí bán hàng Quý IV/2024 giảm 55,72% tương ứng số tiền 3.047.670.956 đồng so với Quý IV/2023.

• Revenue from sales and service provision in Q4/2024 increased by 14.97%, equivalent to VND 50,847,345,156. The cost of goods sold (COGS) in Q4/2024 rose by 27.89%, equivalent to VND 80,284,015,122 VND. Revenue and cost of goods sold increased mainly from commercial activities, as the Company signed a number of big contracts during the period. Revenue from real estate business activities decreased compared to the same period last year, leading to a 55.72% decrease in selling expenses in the fourth quarter of 2024, equivalent to 3,047,670,956 VND compared to the fourth quarter of 2023.

• Chi phí quản lý doanh nghiệp Quý IV/2024 giảm 25,73% tương ứng số tiền 1.484.378.876 đồng so với Quý IV/2023 do Công ty áp dụng các biện pháp cắt giảm chi phí trong tình hình kinh tế mới bước đầu hồi phục.

• Business management expense in the fourth quarter of 2024 decreased by 25.73%, equivalent to 1,484,378,876 VND compared to the fourth quarter of 2023 due to the Company applying additional cost-cutting measures in the context of the initial economic recovery.

• Chi phí tài chính Quý IV/2024 giảm 20,96% tương ứng số tiền 3.249.863.300 đồng so với Quý IV/2023 do Quý IV/2024 các ngân hàng có mức lãi suất cho vay giảm so với cùng kỳ năm 2023.

• Financial expenses in the fourth quarter of 2024 decreased by 20.96%, equivalent to 3,249,863,300 VND compared to the fourth quarter of 2023, because in the fourth quarter of 2024, banks had lower lending interest rates compared to the same period in 2023.

Tổng hợp các lý do trên dẫn đến chi phí thuế TNDN giảm 81,83% tương ứng số tiền 5.129.596.638 VND và Lợi nhuận sau thuế TNDN Quý IV/2024 giảm 78,42% tương ứng số tiền 16.248.075.681 đồng so với lợi nhuận sau thuế TNDN Quý IV/2023.

The above reasons lead to a decrease in corporate income tax expense of 81.83%, equivalent to 5,129,596,638 VND, and profit after corporate income tax in Q4/2024 decreased by 78.42%, equivalent to 16,248,075,681 VND compared to profit after corporate income tax in Q4/2023.
