Công ty CP Hưng Thịnh Incons (HTN) xin giải trình về chênh lệch lợi nhuận sau thuế năm 2025 biến động hơn 10% so với năm 2024 trên Báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất, cụ thể như sau:

Hung Thịnh Incons Corporation (HTN) hereby provides an explanation for the fluctuation in profit after tax for the year 2025, which changed by more than 10% compared to the year 2024, as presented in the consolidated financial statements, as detailed below:

Trong năm 2025, lợi nhuận sau thuế của Công ty đạt 18.326 triệu đồng, giảm 28,45% so với năm 2024.

In 2025, the Company recorded profit after tax of VND 18,326 million, representing a decrease of 28.45% compared to 2024.

Nguyên nhân chủ yếu là do doanh thu thuần chỉ đạt 630.689 triệu đồng, giảm 44,70% so với cùng kỳ. Việc giảm này xuất phát từ việc tiến độ thi công các công trình chậm hơn kế hoạch, làm giảm khối lượng nghiệm thu và ghi nhận doanh thu trong kỳ. Bên cạnh đó, thị trường bất động sản tiếp tục gặp khó khăn, ảnh hưởng đến việc triển khai dự án, kéo theo lợi nhuận gộp giảm còn 42.808 triệu đồng, tương ứng giảm 46,62%.

The primary reason for this decline was that net revenue reached only VND 630,689 million, down 44.70% year-on-year. This decrease was mainly attributable to slower-than-planned construction progress, which led to a lower volume of completed and accepted work, thereby reducing revenue recognized during the period. In addition, the real estate market continued to face difficulties, adversely affecting project implementation and resulting in a decrease in gross profit to VND 42,808 million, equivalent to a decline of 46.62%.

Ở chiều tích cực, Công ty ghi nhận chi phí tài chính giảm 12,66% xuống còn 230.359 triệu đồng nhờ Công ty đã tắt toán toàn bộ dư nợ trái phiếu, được miễn lãi và lãi phạt chậm thanh toán, đồng thời giảm dần dư nợ vay ngân hàng. Doanh thu tài chính đạt 257.791 triệu đồng, giảm nhẹ 0,97%. Trong khi chi phí quản lý doanh nghiệp tăng nhẹ 2,84% lên 41.624 triệu đồng do phát sinh thêm một số chi phí phục vụ hoạt động quản lý và vận hành trong kỳ.

On a positive note, the Company recorded a 12.66% reduction in finance costs to VND 230,359 million. This was primarily due to the full settlement of outstanding bond balances, along with waivers of interest and late payment penalties, and a gradual reduction in bank borrowings. Financial income reached VND 257,791 million, slightly decreasing by 0.97%. Meanwhile, administrative expenses increased marginally by 2.84% to VND 41,624 million, mainly due to additional costs incurred for management and operational activities during the period.
