KẾT QUẢ KINH DOANH QUÝ 3 NĂM 2021

Sau 9 tháng năm 2021, trong bối cảnh nhiều trở ngại do COVID-19, FPT ghi nhận 24.953 tỷ đồng doanh thu và 4.575 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận trước thuế, lần lượt tăng 17,9% và 20% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái. Cả doanh thu và lợi nhuận duy trì đà tăng trưởng tích cực với động lực chính từ máng công nghệ và viễn thông.

Như vậy, sau 9 tháng, Công ty đã hoàn thành khoảng 72% mục tiêu doanh thu và 74% lợi nhuận cả năm.

Lợi nhuận dịch vụ CNTT trong nước tăng mạnh

Khối công nghệ (bao gồm dịch vụ CNTT trong nước và dịch vụ CNTT tại nước ngoài) mang về 14.294 tỷ đồng doanh thu và 2.097 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận trước thuế, lần lượt tăng trưởng 22,1% và 30,4% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái. Khối công nghệ hiện đóng góp 57% doanh thu và 46% lợi nhuận trước thuế, giữ vững vị thế khối kinh doanh chủ lực của Tập đoàn.

Tại thị trường nước ngoài, doanh thu tăng tại mọi khu vực, đặc biệt là tại Mỹ và châu Âu nhờ tỷ lệ tiêm vaccine Covid-19 đạt mức cao và các hoạt động của nền kinh tế dần hồi phục. Trong 9 tháng đầu năm, FPT liên tục ghi nhận những đơn hàng lớn, trong đó có 16 dự án với quy mô trên 5 triệu USD/dự án, tăng 167% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái.

Doanh thu từ chuyển đổi số trong 9 tháng đạt 3.947 tỷ đồng, tăng 59,6% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, tập trung vào các công nghệ số như Điện toán đám mây (Cloud), Trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI), Low code...

Tựu trung, doanh thu dịch vụ CNTT tại thị trường nước ngoài đạt 10.415 tỷ đồng, lợi nhuận trước thuế 1.732 tỷ đồng, lần lượt tăng 18,6% và 22,1% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái.

Tại thị trường trong nước, dịch vụ CNTT ghi nhận 3.880 tỷ đồng doanh thu, tăng 32,3% và 365 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận trước thuế, tăng 92,7% so với cùng kỳ năm trước. Trong đó, các sản phẩm thuộc hệ sinh thái Made by FPT ghi nhận 415 tỷ đồng doanh thu, tăng trưởng 54,9% so với cùng kỳ. Đây là kết quả của việc chú trọng phát triển các giải pháp, nền tảng Made by FPT, cũng như hoàn thiện năng lực cung cấp sản phẩm – dịch vụ chuyển đổi số toàn diện phục vụ nhu cầu của Chính phủ, cộng đồng doanh nghiệp và người dân, trong bối cảnh đại dịch đẩy nhanh hơn nữa việc dịch chuyển sang môi trường số.

Đáng chú ý, với mong muốn đồng hành cùng các địa phương, tổ chức, doanh nghiệp “vượt bão” Covid-19, FPT triển khai Chương trình FPT eCovax cung cấp giải pháp công nghệ toàn diện, các chương trình đào tạo, tọa đàm nhằm tư vấn tổng thể và giúp các địa phương, ban ngành, tổ chức, doanh nghiệp tăng cường kháng thể, thích ứng linh hoạt trong mọi diễn biến dịch bệnh. Hàng ngàn doanh nghiệp và nhiều địa phương đã tiếp cận với chương trình FPT eCovax và tìm thấy những kinh nghiệm, giải pháp để thích ứng linh hoạt với những thách thức của đại dịch, vững vàng phát triển trong bình thường xanh.

Một dấu ấn khác trong 9 tháng đầu năm 2021 là việc FPT đã thực hiện thành công dự án xử lý sự cố nghẽn lệnh hệ thống giao dịch của Sở giao dịch chứng khoán TP.HCM (HOSE) trong 100 ngày. Nhờ thành tích xuất sắc này, Bộ Tài chính đã trao tặng bằng khen cho FPT, đồng thời mong muốn Tập đoàn tiếp tục đồng hành với Bộ Tài chính triển khai một số chương trình hiện đại hóa công tác thuế, hải quan, kho bạc..., góp phần vào sự phát triển của ngành tài chính nói riêng và đất nước nói chung.

Mảng viễn thông duy trì tăng trưởng biên lợi nhuận

Khối Viễn thông mang về 9.232 tỷ đồng doanh thu, tăng 11,1% và 1.783 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận trước thuế, tăng 21,9% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái.

Nhờ lợi nhuận từ máng truyền hình gia tăng, cùng với việc tạm hoãn đầu tư vào cơ sở hạ tầng trước diễn biến phức tạp của đại dịch Covid-19 nên 9 tháng năm 2021, biên lợi nhuận trước thuế của mạng dịch vụ Viễn thông, bao gồm dịch vụ băng thông rộng và dịch vụ khác, tiếp tục cải thiện, lần lượt đạt 20,8% và 14%.

Với những thành tích xuất sắc xét theo các khía cạnh như tài chính, đội ngũ lãnh đạo, hoạt động quan hệ nhà đầu tư (IR) và các sáng kiến trách nhiệm xã hội (CSR), FPT được Asia Money vinh danh là công ty nổi bật nhất tại thị trường Việt Nam năm 2021.

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHTS IN Q3/2021

Despite the challenges caused by COVID-19, FPT recorded VND 24,953 billion in sales and VND 4,575 billion in pre-tax profit in the first nine months of 2021, up by 17.9% and 20%, respectively, over the same period last year. Both revenue and profit grew by double digits, with the technology and telecommunications sectors providing the primary impetus.

Thus, after three quarters of 2021, the company has achieved 72% of its revenue target and 74% of its profit target for the year, indicating that it is on track to meet its full-year business objective.

Profitability of domestic IT services hikes

The technology sector (including domestic and international IT services) generated revenue of VND 14,294 billion and pre-tax profit of VND 2,097 billion, up by 22.1% and 30.4% YoY, respectively. The technology sector now accounts for 57% of revenue and 46% of pre-tax profit, retaining its position as the Group's primary business sector.

In the overseas market, sales increased in all of the major markets, especially in the United States and Europe due to high Covid-19 vaccination rates and a steady recovery in economic activity. FPT constantly recorded substantial orders over the first nine months of the year, including 16 projects worth more than USD 5 million each, an increase of 167% over the same period of the previous year.

Revenue from digital transformation reached VND 3,947 billion in nine months, up by 59.6%, thanks to growth in key technologies like Cloud Computing (Cloud), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and low-code.

Overall, the revenue from Global IT services totaled VND 10,415 billion, while profit before tax was VND 1,732 billion, an increase of 18.6% and 22.1%, respectively.

In the domestic market, IT services generated revenue of VND 3,880 billion, up 32.3%, and pre-tax profit of VND 365 billion, up 92.7% YoY. Made by FPT ecosystem generated VND 415 billion in revenue, an increase of 54.9% YoY. This is the result of the company's focus on developing Made by FPT solutions and platforms and honing its ability to provide comprehensive digital transformation products and services to meet the needs of the government, business community, and people, particularly in light of the pandemic's acceleration of the shift to a digital environment.

Notably, FPT launched the FPT eCovax Program to assist cities, organizations, and enterprises in "surviving the storm" of Covid-19 by providing training programs, seminars, technical solutions, orientations, general recommendations to assist local governments, agencies, organizations, and enterprises in strengthening their antibodies and adapting flexibly to any pandemic turns. Nearly 1,000 corporate leaders and several communities have access to seminars, training - seminars, discovered experiences, flexible adaptation solutions, overcoming pandemic obstacles, and firmly developing in the green normal through the FPT eCovax Program. In a short period, approximately 500 businesses have enrolled to use the FPT eCovax product.

Additionally, in the first nine months of 2021, FPT have successfully implemented a project to address the issue of order blocking in the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange's trading system (HOSE). As a result of this remarkable achievement, the Ministry of Finance presented FPT with a certificate of merit and convened a meeting to explore the financial industry's potential for information technology application and digital transformation.

The telecommunications services continue to improve its profit margins

The telecommunications sector generated revenue of VND 9,232 billion, an increase of 11%, and pre-tax profit of VND 1,783 billion, a 21,9% increase over the same period last year.

Due to the increased profit from the PayTV segment, combined with the postponement of infrastructure investment due to the complicated situation created by the Covid-19 pandemic, the pre-tax profit margin of the telecommunications services, which includes broadband and other services, continued to improve in the first nine months of 2021, reaching 20.8% and 14%, respectively.

FPT was recognized as Asia Money's most outstanding company in Vietnam for its excellent financials, leadership, investor relations (IR), and social responsibility initiatives (CSR).
