Conduit Holdings Limited ("Conduit")
Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
On 2 December 2020, Conduit announced that on 7 December (at 8.00 a.m. GMT) its common shares of $0.01 par value each in the capital of Conduit ("Shares") would be admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities under the ticker "CRE" ("Admission").
