Grant of Share Options

Concurrent Technologies Plc ("the Company"), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer products for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, telecommunications, transportation, scientific and industrial markets, announces, that on 26 March 2015, the following Directors were each granted ordinary share options in the Company, all at an exercise price of 39.00p per share, as noted below. These options have an exercise period of between three and ten years and are conditional on an average weighted compound earnings per share growth of a minimum of 2.5% per annum:
