Three XMC Storage Adapters

Concurrent Technologies Plc (the "Company"), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer products for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, telecommunications, transportation, scientific and industrial markets, is pleased to announce the launch of three new XMC Storage Adapters.

These adapters can be used to further increase the functionality of the Company's range of processor boards. The XM 650/001 is an XMC adapter designed to carry a single 1.8-inch Solid-State-Disk (SSD) drive. The XM 610/001 is an XMC adapter designed to carry up to two CFast™ cards, and the XM 600/001 is an XMC adapter designed to carry a single CompactFlash® card.

These XMC adapters are designed for applications that require front loading storage drives suitable for use with XMC host boards including VME, VXS, VPX™ and CompactPCI®. Application examples include data recorders, mass storage data servers, database management, or local system storage in applications such as telecommunications, scientific, security and defence markets. For harsher environments, extended temperature versions are available.
