Export Regulations Update

Concurrent Technologies Plc ("the Company"), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer products for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, telecommunications, transportation, scientific and industrial markets, today provides the following update in relation to the application of UK Government Export Control Regulations to those of its products which contain encryption technology.

The UK Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) has indicated to the Company that in two weeks' time, BIS expects to be able to publish an open licencing solution to enable the relaxation of the relevant UK export requirements in line with those that exist in the USA.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
