Latest high performance OpenVPX™ product

Concurrent Technologies Plc (the "Company"), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer products for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, telecommunications, transportation, scientific and industrial markets, is pleased to announce its latest high performance OpenVPX™ Single Board Computer to complement its range of embedded processor boards.

The VR E1x/msd is an OpenVPX™ board featuring the 4th generation Intel® Core™ i7 processor and the associated mobile Intel® QM87 Express chipset, up to 32 Gbytes of DRAM and a rich assortment of I/O interfaces. This product was designed to introduce the latest technology to this product family and it is an excellent processor board for OpenVPX™ solutions requiring the latest in processing performance.   OpenVPX™ is particularly well suited to high-end compute intensive applications including command and control, surveillance, radar and image processing systems.
