Notification of Preliminary Results and Second interim dividend

Concurrent Technologies Plc, a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer products, for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, transportation, telecommunications, scientific and industrial markets, will announce preliminary results for the year to 31 December 2012, on 09 April 2013.

The Board of Directors of Concurrent Technologies Plc ("the Board") has today declared a second interim dividend of 1.05p per Ordinary Share. The Board does not intend to recommend the approval of a final dividend to shareholders at the 2013 AGM. Thus the second interim dividend will replace the final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2012.

The second interim dividend brings the total dividend to date in respect of the year ending 31 December 2012 to 1.7p, an increase of 6.25% on the previous year.

The ex-dividend date for the second interim dividend is 25 March 2013, the record date is 27 March 2013 and the payment date is 05 April 2013.
