UNCONDITIONAL MANDATORY TAKE-OVER OFFER BY THE OFFEROR TO ACQUIRE ALL THE REMAINING ORDINARY SHARES IN CONCRETE ENGINEERING PRODUCTS BERHAD ("CEPCO") NOT ALREADY OWNED BY THE OFFEROR AND PERSONS ACTING IN CONCERT WITH IT ("OFFER SHARES") FOR A CASH CONSIDERATION OF RM2.60 PER OFFER SHARE ("OFFER")

(Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those given to them in the offer document relating to the Offer dated 22 April 2026 ("Offer Document")).

We refer to the Offer Document which sets out the details and the terms and conditions of the Offer.

On behalf of the Offeror, CIMB wishes to inform that the Offer has closed at 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Wednesday, 13 May 2026 ("Closing Date").
