Message :

NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the issuer, it has placed a trading halt on Comvita Limited (“CVT”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed pre-market open this morning.

The trading halt has been put in place while CVT undertakes a placement and institutional component of an accelerated pro rata entitlement offer, as announced by the company today at 8:49 am.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of:

• 1. CVT releasing an announcement stating the outcome of the placement and institutional component of the accelerated entitlement offer; or
• 1. Market open on Friday, 29 May 2020.
