Comvita Director Retirement

Sarah Ottrey is retiring from the Board of Comvita Limited.

Sarah joined the Board in November 2012. She came to Comvita with an extensive marketing background which she has carried very successfully into a governance career with Comvita. The Board is grateful to Sarah for her significant contribution over the last five and a half years. We wish her well with existing and future director roles.

Sarah indicated early in 2018 that she wished to step down from the Comvita Board mid-year, to enable closer focus on her existing portfolio of directorships.

The resignation becomes effective today, the 13[th] of July 2018.
