Comvita determines Independent Directors

In accordance with the Listing Rules, the Board of Comvita (NZX: CVT) has determined that all seven directors are independent as defined in the NZX Listing Rules.

• Sarah Kennedy

• Murray Denyer

• Brett Hewlett

• Paul Reid

The Board therefore determines that all of the Directors of Comvita are Independent Directors, including the Chairs of the Audit & Risk, and Remuneration & Human Resources Committees.
