Issue of new shares of Comptel Corporation without consideration to the company itself

Board of Directors of Comptel Corporation has decided on a free share issue to
the company itself. The decision is based on the authorization granted to the
Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 9
April 2015.

The shares subscribed for under the share issue have been registered in the
Trade Register on 25 February 2016. The new shares will be traded on the Nasdaq
Helsinki together with the old shares as of 26 February 2016.

Number of shares: 300 000

Price/share: Gratuitous

After this share issue the total amount of Comptel shares is 108 695 409 and
the company holds a total of 418 507 own shares.
