Share subscriptions based on stock options 2009C

Between 2 December 2014 and 3 February 2015, a total of 11 000 Comptel
Corporation new shares have been subscribed for with the company's stock
options 2009C. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2009C, the entire
subscription price of EUR 5 830.00 will be entered in the reserve for invested
unrestricted equity. As a result of the subscriptions, the number of Comptel
shares increases to 107 432 270.

The shares subscribed for under the stock options have been registered in the
Trade Register on

19 February 2015, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder
rights. The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki together with the
old shares as of 20 February 2015.

The share subscription period for stock options 2009C was 1 November 2013 - 30
November 2015.
