Share subscription price for options 2014B and market value of the option serie

The share subscription price for Comptel Corporation stock option 2014B is EUR
0.93 per share, which corresponds to the trade volume weighted average
quotation of the share on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd during 15 February - 15
March 2015. A total of 1,000,000 new shares or existing shares held by the
Company can be subscribed for with stock options 2014B. The share subscription
period for stock options 2014B will be 1 February 2017 - 31 January 2019.

The theoretical market value of stock options 2014B is EUR 0.27 per share
option and the theoretical market value of the entire stock option series is
thus EUR 270,000. The theoretical market value of one stock option has been
calculated by using Black & Scholes share option pricing model with the
following input factors: share price EUR 0.96, share subscription price EUR
0.93, risk free interest rate 0%, validity of stock options 3.9 years and
volatility 35%.
