Comptel Corporation has been notified today, on 17 January 2012, in accordance
with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of change in
the company's ownership:

Elisa Corporation's (business identity code 0116510-6) direct ownership in
Comptel Corporation has increased to over the 10% threshold following the
merger of Saunalahti Group Oyj (business identity code 1064333-3) into Elisa
Corporation on 31 December 2011. Elisa Group's ownership has remained
unchanged.

Elisa Corporation's direct and indirect ownership following the merger:

Comptel Corporation's share capital consists of total 107,054,810 shares, and a
