with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of changes in
the company's ownership.

OP-Pohjola Group Central Cooperative (business identity code 0242522-1)
notifies that the total holdings of its interest communities and the mutual
funds managed by the subsidiary of OP-Pohjola have decreased to below the
threshold of 5% in Comptel Corporation as follows:

OP Life Assurance Company Limited (business identity code 1030059-2): 5,000
shares; 0,005% of share capital and votes

Mutual funds managed by OP Fund Management Company Ltd (business identity code
0743962-2), OP-Finland Small Cap Fund (business identity code 1753300-6):
5,297,504 shares; 4,948% of share capital and votes

Total: 5,302,504 shares; 4,953% of share capital and votes
