ARBITRAL TRIBUNAL HAS CONFIRMED NOKIA'S REDEMPTION RIGHT REGARDING COMPTEL
CORPORATION SHARES, COMPTEL HAS APPLIED FOR DELISTING OF ITS OPTION RIGHTS AND
TRADING IN THE COMPANY'S SHARES AND OPTION RIGHTS HAS BEEN TERMINATED

The Arbitral Tribunal appointed by the Redemption Committee of the Finland
Chamber of Commerce has today confirmed that Nokia Solutions and Networks Oy
("Nokia") has the right to redeem the minority shares in Comptel Corporation
("Comptel") and that Nokia has the right to obtain title to the minority shares
by lodging a security approved by the Arbitral Tribunal for the payment of the
redemption price and the interest accruing thereon.
In such connection, Comptel has today submitted a delisting application to
Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. concerning Comptel's 2014 option rights. Comptel has
requested in the application that the quotation of Comptel's option rights on
the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki be terminated as soon as possible upon
Nokia having gained title to all the shares in Comptel in the redemption
proceedings.
Pursuant to the confirmation of Nokia's redemption right, Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.
has terminated public trading in Comptel's shares and option rights today at
2.43 PM EET. The lodging of the security, the transfer of title to Nokia and the
subsequent delisting of Comptel shares and option rights will be announced in
due course through separate a stock exchange release.
