Mr. Simo Sääskilahti, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Deputy
CEO has resigned to join an employer in another sector. Mr. Sääskilahti has
held various positions in Comptel since 2001, such as CFO, Head of Products and
Solutions and Head of Corporate Development.

The present duties of Mr. Sääskilahti will be distributed among current
Executive Board members. The changes are effective as of 1 October 2011.
