CHANGE IN COMPTEL CORPORATE EXECUTIVES

CHANGE IN COMPTEL CORPORATE EXECUTIVES

Chief Financial Officer of Comptel Corporation, Mr. Markku Pirskanen, has given
his resignation to join another employer. He will continue as Comptel CFO until
the end of February 2011, being responsible for the preparation of the
financial statements 2010.

Mr. Mikko Hytönen, M.Sc. (Engineering), has been nominated as the new Chief
Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board in Comptel, effective as of
1 March 2011. Presently he acts as Group Controller in Comptel. He has
previously worked as Financial Director in Electrolux Finland, as Group
Controller in SmartTrust and as Controller in Sonera.
