This prospectus supplement supplements and, in part, amends the information contained in the prospectus of Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (“Comtech”) dated April 30, 2004 (the “Prospectus”), relating to the potential resale from time to time of Comtech's 2.0% Convertible Senior Notes due 2024, the related guarantees of the notes by certain of Comtech's subsidiaries and the resale of Comtech's common stock issuable upon conversion of the notes.
