CLARIFICATION AND SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement (the ‘‘Announcement’’) of Comtec Solar Systems Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) dated 19 March 2021 in relation to the Dispute and the Petition. Unless defined otherwise, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Company would like to clarify that the Announcement should be a voluntary announcement instead of an inside information announcement as the Board considers that the matters referred to in the Announcement does not constitute inside information because the amount of the Debt is an insignificant amount and as at the date of the Announcement, the Dispute has been resolved peacefully and the Petition has already been withdrawn.
