NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of Comtec Solar Systems Group Limited (the “ Company ”) hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on 31 August 2021 for the purposes of, among other matters, considering and approving the unaudited interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 June 2021 and the declaration of interim dividend, if any.
