RESIGNATIONS OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Sun East Technology (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) announces that, Mr. But Tin Hung, Mr. Leung Ka Lok and Mr. Szeto Kin Yue have resigned as directors of the Company with effect from 29th May 2003.
