TRADING HALT

The board (the ‘‘Board’’) of directors of Comtec Solar Systems Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) announces that, at the request of the Company, trading in the shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will be halted with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 11 January 2016 pending the publication of an announcement containing certain inside information of the Company in relation to, among other things, subscriptions of new shares of the Company.
