TRADING HALT ANNOUNCEMENT

At the request of Sun East Technology (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”), trading in the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will be halted with effect from 1:00 p.m. on 10 December 2015 (Thursday) pending the release of an announcement in respect of inside information regarding the issue of shares or securities by the Company which may result in a change in control of the Company.
