CHANGE OF PRINCIPAL SHARE REGISTRAR AND TRANSFER OFFICE IN THE CAYMAN ISLANDS

The board of directors (the ‘‘Board’’) of Comtec Solar Systems Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) hereby announces that with effect from 26 January 2013, the Company’s principal share registrar and transfer office in the Cayman Islands will be changed to:

Royal Bank of Canada Trust Company (Cayman) Limited 4th Floor, Royal Bank House 24 Shedden Road, George Town Grand Cayman KY1-1110 Cayman Islands

The Company’s branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong will continue to be maintained by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Shops 1712–1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
