CHANGE OF QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT, AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE AND COMPANY SECRETARY

The board of directors (the “Board”) of Sun East Technology (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Lo Yuen Wa, Peter (“Mr. Lo”) has resigned as the qualified accountant of the Company with effect from 19 November 2007 to concentrate on other personal development.

Mr. Lo confirms that there is no disagreement between him and the Board and that there is no matter in relation to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited or shareholders of the Company.

The Board further announces that Mr. Tung Tat Chiu, Michael (“Mr. Tung”) resigned as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 19 November 2007. Mr. Tung confirms that there is no disagreement between him and the Board and that there is no matter in relation to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited or shareholders of the Company.

The Board also announces that Mr. But Tin Hing (“Mr. But”) resigned as the authorized representative of the Company with effect from 19 November 2007 as he has to spend more time travelling for overseas business of the Company. Mr. But remains as an executive director of the Company. Mr. But confirms that there is no disagreement between him and the Board and that there is no matter in relation to his resignation as an authorized representative that needs to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited or shareholders of the Company.

The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Chan Cheung (“Mr. Chan”) has been appointed as the qualified accountant, authorized representative and company secretary of the Company with effect from 19 November 2007.

Mr. Chan has over 16 years of experience in the fields of banking and finance, investment and industrial management. He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with bachelor of social science degree in December 1983. Mr. Chan is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Mr. Chan joined the Group in August 2007 as its deputy financial controller.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Mr. Lo and Mr. Tung for their contributions to the Company in the past and extend its welcome to Mr. Chan for his new appointment.
